Kaziranga National Park: Home of the One-Horned Rhino, and Tigers

Plan a 3-days wildlife trip to Kaziranga National Park, is known as the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a India’s must-visit destination for wildlife enthusiasts. This park is spread across the floodplains of the Brahmaputra River, and Kaziranga is famous for Indian One-Horned Rhinoceros. The park also offers a habitat for tigers, elephants, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer. The best time to visit Kaziranga in between October to April month. You can do activities in Kaziranga National Park, such as Elephant Safari, Jeep Safari, and Birds watching.

Manas National Park: The Tiger and Elephant Sanctuary

Another hidden gem of Assam’s wildlife heritage, known as Manas National Park, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous for Tiger Reserve. This park is located at the foothills of the Himalayas. Day wise Assam travel Itinerary – Wildlife tour plan

Day 1: Guwahati to Kaziranga

Pickup from Guwahati or Tezpur Airport, meet our tour guide driver. Later drive to World Heritage site Kaziranga National Park (210 K/M – 4hrs). En route visit Tea garden. Check in Hotel. Overnight stay in the Hotel Kaziranga.

Day 2: Kaziranga Park

Early in the morning at 5.30 A.M, starts your Elephant Safari in Kohora or Bagori range. After breakfast proceed to visit in the Kaziranga Orchid Park. Afternoon, after Lunch 1.30 PM you can start your Jeep Safari. Evening can enjoy cultural show. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 3: Kaziranga to Guwahati

After breakfast, drive to Guwahati town (200 K/M – 4hrs). En route visit Kamakhya temple, State Museum, and local markets. Evening take a Dinner cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay in the Hotel Guwahati.

Day 4: Guwahati to Manas National Park

After breakfast, drive to Manas Park (160 K/M- 3hrs), it is known as Semi evergreen forest in North East India. En route visit Tea garden and Boro tribal villages. Check in Hotel, and Overnight stay in the Resort.

Day 5: Manas National Park

Early in the morning at 5.30 A.M, enjoy for 2 hr Elephant Safari. After breakfast take rest in Hotel. Later 1. 30 PM you can take a 2 hrs Jeep Safari at Manas. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 6: Manas National Park to Guwahati Airport

After breakfast, transfer to Airport or Railway station. Tour Ends.
