Terms & Conditions

All correspondence about bookings for Tour Packages and Car rental service should be sent to M/s. https://kalitatourtravels.org. All contracted Northeast India Tour packages and Travel services require an advance payment to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The outstanding amount can be paid before departure from your country or upon arrival in Airport or Railway station, but it must be completed before the start of the contracted services, and based on the type of service being provided and the number of days left before the service begins, management employees have the authority to determine the amount that will be paid as an advance payment. In addition to the above mentioned, full payment may be required in advance for some situations, such as special train journeys and bookings at Hotels & Resorts booked during peak season

Mode of Payment:

  • For International Tourist: Wire Transfer / Pay pal / Arrival in Airport and Railway Station.
  • For Indian Tourist: Gpay / Paytm / Bank transfer/ Net Banking

Our Tour Packages Cancellation Policy:

We must be notified in writing if some vacation or travel services must be cancelled for any expected or unexpected reason. If we get written notice of your cancellation, the following service charges will apply.

  • 30 days prior to arrival : 25% of the Tour / service cost
  • 25 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / service cost
  • 10 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
  • 48 hours prior to arrival Or Not Refund

If you decide to postpone your trip, after it has begun, your refund options would be limited and would also depend on how much money we can recover from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not obligated to offer a refund for unused hotel stays, hired transportation, cancelled meals etc.
